Family Tree Updates

Original Post 10/28/2017 (Lisa's Family Pages)

It's been a long time since I have updated the family trees online but I have been working on them for the past few months.

I have found a lot of new bits of information and have updated ALL of the family trees.  I have also changed how they are displayed.  I have decided to embed the .PDF files right into the website so that you can open them up on the full screen and zoom in and out. This is partly because the trees are getting so big, and because it helps make them a bit easier to read.  You can zoom in with the plus (+) and minus (-) signs or click on the arrow in the top corner to expand the page to full screen (it will take you to my file in Google Drive).

INDEX
I have updated the Index.  This includes all names in my database for my Barnes and Warren lines as well as my husband's Teabo and McGarvey lines.

BARNES and HOWELL
Not a lot has changed for the Newfoundland Barnes family tree but I have updated a bit of information on the Howell family tree.   I have found a few more ancestors in the Melendy line.  I have also updated both charts to PDF.

DAVIDSON and LISCOMBE
So many updates to the Davidson family tree.  My 4th Great Grandfather, John Davidson married Elizabeth Caroline Teeter.  Her families were from the New York and New Jersey areas in the mid-1700s.  These family lines go back a long way in North America.   My Grandma has deep roots in "The New World" on most of her family lines.  I have updated a few details on the Oulette French Canadian lines as well.   Both charts have been changed to PDF.

HOOGLAND and VAN DER MEE
A few more ancestors have been added to both of these family trees.  I have found a couple of German ancestors and updated some missing details.  The most interesting thing I have discovered is that a few of these ancestors were Dutch Mennonite Farmers.  I have also updated both charts to PDF.

WARREN and SHEPHERD
This tree I have spent the most time on. I have found a lot of new lines and a lot more details.  It's still a work in progress and I need to find supporting documents for a few of the new ancestors, but it's becoming a large tree.  In the Shepherd tree, I have found a few more English Knights (through the Oxenbridge line) and I'm looking forward to finding out more about these Knights and their families.  This line also has more than one new Barnes line.  I now have 4 different Barnes lines, two on each side of my family.  The Warren family tree is expanding out in all the American lines.  Both charts have been uploaded in PDF as well so you can zoom in and view them.

Check them out and let me know what you think.

.  I am also looking for photos of ancestors to add to my personal database. I would like to make sure these images are preserved for future generations and attached to ancestors in my file.  If you have any you would like to share with me please let me know.
